How to Create a Portfolio to View Multiple Accounts Simultaneously
Process:
- To create a portfolio view of all the accounts, close the existing screen and navigate to the client's main page and click on "Existing Accounts". Proceed with clicking the box beside "Name" to auto-select all the accounts within the portfolio, then click on "Add to Comparison".
- By navigating mid-way down the page, you will find an "Add a Group" button. Please proceed by clicking this button to create the portfolio view.
- On the popup, enter a "Group Name". We will name this group “Portfolio View”. Then click "Next”.
- Please proceed by clicking the "add" button for each account you would like to include and click “Next”. Please do not select any accounts where the balance in the account is a value of zero.
- If an account with a balance of zero is selected, you will be required to enter a value that is greater than zero on this screen. Please proceed by clicking "Add Group".
- The screen will refresh, and you will now see the "Portfolio View".
- To save the portfolio view for future access, please navigate to the top of the screen and enter a name. Then click "Save", a popup will appear confirming the view was successfully saved.
- To access the saved portfolio, click on "Comparisons" on the client level. The portfolio view will then appear as an option.
- The portfolio view can also be located in the general area by clicking on "Comparisons" at the top of the screen. Under the "All" section, you will be able to access all portfolio views previously saved for your clients.
