Locating Notices for Material Changes

In this guide, we will show you where to locate notices for material changes. 

Note:

• CapIntel provides users with updates to material changes on products within their universe. As we already know, comparisons must be completed prior to a recommendation and revisited again if there have been significant changes to the product. This material change feature is an additional source that will help you stay on top of your KYP requirements.

Process:

1. Once you have logged into CapIntel, a bell will be displayed at the top-right hand corner. A red circle will appear if there are any material changes to be reviewed.
2. Proceed by clicking on the bell. A window will appear displaying all products with material changes. To view the changes, click on the downward facing arrow to download the report.
3. The report will provide important details such as, the date of the material change, and a synopsis of what has or is expected to transpire.
4. Once you have reviewed the notice, please proceed with either completing or re-completing your comparison for your product.

Notes:

• All significant changes will be captured in this section. Currently this feature is not directly linked to only show you material changes on products you have saved in your favorites, models, or your compliance tab. It will notify you of material changes on all the products within CapIntel.  
  

• The green checkmark on funds that you have previously completed a comparison on, will not change if there was a material change to any of the products in the comparison, therefore you will need to remember to search the product and conduct another comparison. The new comparison will be logged in the compliance tab.
