4msAdd USD FHSA option into OnboardingWith this release the USD FHSA account type has been added to the list of available STP accounts within onboarding
4msRemove the option to include Client Relationship Handbook in client packagesAll packages will now include the Client Relationship Handbook to ensure the client has access to the most current version
4msPre-populate address details for any co-applicant selectionIf you choose to open a joint account with an existing client (spouse or non-spouse), the address fields will pre-populate and may now be changed during the onboarding process for the purpose of the new account
4msAdd tooltip to the Fee-based Householding sectionNew tooltip explains the householding options in the UI - may choose to household with existing client (not a prospect) from a dropdown list, or household with non-client by entering manually
4msAdd client signature onto the W9 formWe are now accepting DocuSign versions of the W9 - when the form populates it will now include a client signature on this form within the onboarding package
Client PortalImprove Mobile viewMobile view now has the added functionality to:
·View 10 (up from 5) listed documents at one time
·Access download button for documents
·View document upload date which is displayed as subtext under the document name
 ·Sort by date column in the transactions page 
Admin EngineUpdate default wording within the Supplementary Request > RIF/LIF Adjustment TicketTax Payment Options have been updated to reflect 'Full or Excess' for this ticket type
Risk 4Update contact card to display 'Deceased Date'For deceased clients (as it applies to Estates), the contact card has been updated to display the 'Deceased Date' when entered in Onboarding



Items to highlight:

  1. We have eliminated the need to choose to include the Client Relationship Handbook in a client’s package – it will be added automatically every time
  2. The W9 form may now be signed electronically and will be added to signing process for new accounts when applicable
  3. Within the Photo ID section, you can search for place of issue within the drop down
