Items to highlight:
- We have eliminated the need to choose to include the Client Relationship Handbook in a client’s package – it will be added automatically every time
- The W9 form may now be signed electronically and will be added to signing process for new accounts when applicable
- Within the Photo ID section, you can search for place of issue within the drop down
