The latest Gateway release is now live. Please see below for a list of relevant advisor enhancements.
Category | Request | Description |
4ms | Send French DocuSign email when correspondence selection is French | When IA elects French correspondence for their clients, the DocuSign email will be sent as French correspondence introducing the client to their French package |
4ms | Change the minimum data points required when creating new contacts | When creating the contact card you no longer have to enter the address; and only one of primary phone, mobile phone or email address must be entered |
4ms | Limit the number of characters when entering asset description in the mixed/partial transfer section | Reduced the number of characters to 45 characters to avoid the description overlapping the 'Full Asset' checkbox. |
4ms | Update the menu and display options in the 4ms Account Opening screen | Within this section (formerly called Envelope Status) we've reordered the selection options for client packages and provided additional details relating to each package |
4ms | Update the PEP Descriptive Dropdowns | Updated the PEP selection screen to include the description alongside the letter category rather than displaying separately in a legend |
Case Management | Update the Case Management screen to include a 'Last Update' column | Advisors may now view when a ticket was last updated/closed by referring to the newly added 'Last Update' column; this replaces the 'Closed' column |
Client Portal | Update the accounts page to include 'Income' column at a security level | The client's portal now displays income at a security level when viewing the Accounts page. |
Client Portal | Send French notification emails to clients who have elected to receive French correspondence each time a new document is added to a client's portal | We have updated the logic so that the correspondence election at account opening will dictate the language of the email notifications sent to informing clients them that new documents are available in their client portal |
Client Portal | Hide the answer to the security question when logging into the Client Portal | The client's portal login screen now hides the typed answer to the security question unless the client clicks on the 'eyeball' to review prior to submitting |
Items to highlight:
- The client portal has been updated to include an 'income' column which will be displayed at a security level when viewing the Accounts page
- We have reduced the minimum requirements when adding a new contact
