Removing, Adding, and Changing a Benchmark

This guide will show you how to remove, add, and change a benchmark at the client level and user level. 

Note:

• Within the client view, a standard Lipper benchmark is provided. The Lipper benchmark measures and compares performance of mutual funds and ETFs. 

Process:

1. To modify or remove the benchmark on a client-level, simply click on the 3 dots and select remove from comparison.  
2. To add a benchmark at the client level, click on the 3 dots again and select "Add Category Benchmark". 
3. As demonstrated in the first slide, you may then modify the benchmark once the default has been re-added.
4. Whether removing or adding the benchmark from the client's view, ensure to save your changes for future viewing. 
5. To permanently remove a benchmark at a user level, navigate to the top of the screen and click on the user icon, followed by “Settings”. 
6. Click on "Preferences” and proceed to navigate to the "Initial Benchmark" dropdown and select "No Benchmark". In the same fashion, to re-add the benchmark, select "Category Benchmark". 
7. In both instances, a popup will appear confirming the change was successful.
